Strings School
We provide our own teaching materials from beginner level to higher level including Etude, Exam pieces, Scales and Sight Reading with fingering and bowing edited by Mike Chau. to provide a clear understanding of the string instruments for students.
Regular chamber music training courses are held to improve the students’ performing skills. On the other hand, each of our teachers needs to study Mike Chau Pedagogics which enhance teaching standard and the conversational skills with parents and students. We encourage students to take part in public examinations, variety of competitions and performances. Our Youtube Channel provides a wide range of teaching materials for references, as well as encouraging students to record their own performances, uploading to our channel and share their experience with others. Through our recommendation, many students entered Hong Kong or overseas music schools, some of whom even become our teachers after they obtained professional qualifications.
We have more than 10 strings teachers, qualification including Boston Conservatory, Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, Hong Kong Baptist University, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, The University of Hong Kong, Master of Music, BA(Hons) in Music, FTCL, LTCL, LRSM, Dip.ABRSM, ATCL, Performance Cert. and Advance Cert.
Piano School
Our school cultivates students to obtain the Solo, Accompaniment, Chamber Music and teaching technique. Also, we encourage students to take part in public examinations, variety of competitions and performances. 5 grand piano rooms and 5 up-right piano rooms are provided, including a Royal School of Music examination room. We have more than 20 piano teachers, qualification including Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, Hong Kong Baptist University, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, The University of Hong Kong, Master of Music, BA(Hons) in Music, FTCL, LTCL, LRSM, Dip.ABRSM, ATCL, Performance Cert. and Advance Cert.
Winds School
The school endeavour to develop Winds curriculum over 15 years. We help students master the skill to enroll into school’s band and orchestra. Through encouraging students to take part in public examinations, variety of competitions and performances, they can obtain a balance between orchestra and solo performances. Rock School
We believe that, under a relaxing atmosphere can students truly express Rock & Pop music. We also encourage students to take part in public examinations, variety of competitions and performances, sharing music with others and obtaining professional qualifications.
